What is Conversational Marketing?

Use of communication platforms and messaging apps to connect directly with prospects and clients at each stage of the sales funnel. We plan and implement Live Chat, Facebook Messenger and simple bots. Soon I will be offering after hours live chat where you only pay if a chat request comes in.
